Sopheak has an exceptional knowledge of Labour and Employment Law, Law on Minimum Wage, Law on Trade Union, Global Commercial Contract Laws (CISG and PICC), International Trade Law and International Commercial Arbitration. In the course of his career, he has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of matters related to labour and employment, cross-border contracts, and international commercial arbitration in the Kingdom of Cambodia and beyond.

He is a member of various task forces and secretariats of the working group at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, engaged in drafting and amending labour-related laws and regulations.

He is also an adjunct lecturer, teaching Contract Law and International Commercial Arbitration at Royal University of Law and Economics, one of the top state-owned law schools in Cambodia.

Sopheak holds a Master of Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School, Master of Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics, Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics, and Bachelor of Arts in English from Royal University of Phnom Penh.

Sopheak speaks Khmer, and fluent in English.
